After arriving at Calderon, don’t get intimidated by its dark atmosphere. It’s darkness adds to the spanish concept that they surely succeeded on! This restaurant opened last 2013 with restaurants like La Creperie, Toribox and Nathan 67 beside it. While they may be quite new, their flavor is extraordinary.
