Pinto Art Museum

Now that you’ve filled your bellies, it’s time for some visual consumption. Not too far from The Crescent Moon, another Antipolo destination hidden among the trees is the underrated Pinto Art Museum.

A then family rest house converted to a wide area of artistic expression, Pinto is found in 1 Sierra Madre St., Grand Heights Subdivision, Antipolo, Rizal and is open Tuesdays thru Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm and can be contacted on (02) 697 1015. An entrance fee of one hundred pesos is required (seventy-five for students with school ID and one hundred twenty for senior citizens).

With hectares of painting, sculpture, architecture, interior, and music, you will find yourself spending at least two hours of  photographing, viewing, interpreting, and inhaling art - and it’s definitely worthwhile.  Bring a date, your family, your friends, yourself - it doesn’t really matter because the art is there to trigger appreciation, ignite discussion, or simply to stroll alongside you, and that’s what matters.
